Linear Motors

  • ALM-T Series. This ironless linear motor series is well-suited for applications requiring dynamic response in a compact size. Featuring a thin design, ALM-T Series motors provide continuous forces from 10 to 39N and 36 to 85N for exceptional force density with zero cogging. Optional digital Hall modules provide position feedback.
  • AKD-A Series. Combining high thrust density, exceptional rigidity and fast response, AKD-A Series iron core linear motors are ideal for point-to-point micron positioning applications, particularly those requiring high speeds over long travel strokes. Force outputs range from from 550 to 1,187N continuous and from 36 to 85N, peak. Additional features include low cogging force and dual magnet tracks.

Rotary Motors

  • AXD-ERA Series. Designed to provide accurate position information without error mapping, this direct drive iron core brushless rotary motor with low cogging torque can communicate data securely — even if power is lost. AXD-ERA motors are available with continuous torque from 3.4 to 250.6 Nm and peak torque from 10 to 648.9 Nm with repeatability of ±1.5 arcsec. Accuracy ranges from ±15 arcsec (without error mapping) to ±3 arcsec (with error mapping). Low- and high-speed winding options are available. An integrated absolute encoder delivers accurate feedback — even in a power-out situation.
  • AER-F Series. AER-F motors have a unique, frameless outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) design to deliver exceptional inertia and a higher torque density than possible with conventional frameless motors. The series offers continuous torque (Tcn) ranges from 149.5 to 613.8 Nm and peak torque (Tpk) from 299 to 1,227.6 Nm. Well-suited for CNC rotary tables, AER-F motors feature a compact size and easy installation in complex systems.
