AML90B Series

Consisting of a direct-drive linear micro motor, micro anti-cage creep, cross roller guide rail and encoder position feedback, the 90B Series micro positioning stage provides high performance in a small size. This high-precision positioning motor stage delivers up to 17.1N of continuous force (Fcn) and 51.3N peak (Fpk). A choice of optical encoder offers 0.05 and 0.2 µm feedback resolution. Designed for installation flexibility, this linear stage can be combined with another direct drive linear unit to form an X-Y stage.
